In 1999, Captain David Marquet unexpectedly took command of the Santa Fe nuclear submarine. In one year, the captain would get to know the vessel inside of the boat. Santa Fe had been infamous for years - the last place in the ranking of the entire fleet. However, within 9 months, they were at the top of the ranking! How did they achieve such spectacular success? They introduced the Accountability Culture, in which each of the 140 crew members became the leader of their position, area, and process. They moved from Leader-Follower to Leader-Leader Culture.

For 8 years he was the president of the board of Sanofi Pasteur Polska, he worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 27 years in total. Currently, it supports leaders in unleashing their potential, based on the methodology of building a culture of shared responsibility.

For 10 years he has been managing Groupe SEB (Tefal, Krups, WMF) in Poland, Bałtyk and Ukraine. Previously, he worked in various positions at Danone, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Kraft. Frequently asked questions

  • Where is the workshop held? The workshop takes place in Warsaw, in the Digital Knowledge Village building at ul. Puławska 457 - in the 4Results VR center.
  • Who will lead the event? Each workshop is conducted by a 4Results trainer certified in the Intent-Based Leadership method. Additionally, the Technology Officer cares about the quality of the VR experience.
  • When are the sessions with responsibility culture practitioners held? Online sessions with accountability culture practitioners (the participant can choose a practice) are scheduled after the workshop, approximately one week after the event.
  • Can anyone use VR technology? The process of adapting to the VR world is fast - training with the help of the so-called tutorial usually takes about 20-30 minutes. The Technology Officer always takes care of the quality of the VR experience.
